Grievances in Railways

I recently came across this letter. How much I would have liked to see this letter put in practice within railways!

Can think of hundreds of issues which have been brushed under the carpet over time in the system, but which would have been sparks for turning around railways from the inside (and not by the Minister or by the IAS).
